Photocopies to be submitted

Hi,
I am claiming points for 1)education 2)salary 3)english language 4)maintenence funds

Are all photo copies of
1) passports

2)Education/English language (masters provisional,mark lists and original certificate)
(PBS calculator approved education / English language)

3) (Previous Earnings / Maintainence funds)--
12 months bank Estatements stamped and signed
12 months Payslips stamped and signed
Original letter from employer explaining gross/net pay

4) One Main Cover letter

5) 2 Passport sized photographs (I suppose they would take another photograph at embassy on date of appointment )

to be submitted along with the application form other than original documents . if photocopies requred how many sets should i have when i get to submit at embassy.

Regarding application forms I have 3 currently

1) Online application submitted and it was printed
2) Appendix 1 was printed and has tobe filled in
3) VAF9 form printed and has to be filled in

4) PBS point calculator filled in online and printed
5) Date of appointment Letter (printed online with Ref Number)

Please let me know if i am missing anything.

(PBS calculator approved education / English language)

Original letter from employer explaining gross/net pay (make sure letter from employer and your bank statements have exactly same amount of deposited salaries)

to be submitted along with the application form other than original documents . if photocopies requred how many sets should i have when i get to submit at embassy. You prepare one set of photocopies of all original documents that you are going to submit, including bank statements.

Thanks a lot. Appreciate all the help rendered till now

1) Regarding Photograph I took one recently a month back and got switzerland holiday visa (that stamp contains that photograph).
As per your note, that shouldnt be submitted. if thats right I have go ahead and take a new one. No issues.

2) VAF9 not required to fill in : Regarding earlier topic of last 10 earlier countries visited . you were saying that I can fill it up in another form. which form were u addressing about. As said Online application i missed one entry due to space.

Rest seem OK as per your posting.

For outside UK applicants, photo should not be more than 6 months old, so that would be no problem. But, to be on the safe side I would take a fresh one, as I saw several posts where application was rejected because of old photo. http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/ ... Photoguide

I was saying that you could write it on the printout of online application form, not on VAF9 form.

Photograph: This is very important information which none would expect that to happen for a 1 month old photograph. For sure no risks. I will take fresh one immediately.

Online application : Is it ok if I write on online appplication. Hope they wouldnt reject it. looks like immig guys look for some reason or other for rejection

In online application, I missed few entries due to space problem, so please find a document attatched for all the countries visited/ worked for the past 10 years.

Which one do u feel better

Or just explain in cover letter.
I would just put in cover letter.

Thanks a lot. I can put in cover letter as well as hand write it in application form. (both ways though).

Could u please let me know for which categories 2 proof's are required.

Education : 1) Original mark lists + Origianl Masters + Original provisional
I am mentioning Contact info of university (as they asked for it)

Previous earnings : 1) original payslips
2) bank estatements stamped signed (payslips tally with bank estatements)
3) letter from both employers mentioning gross / net (I worked for 2 employers in 12 months) (Again Not submitting last year P60)

4) English language : same Original certificate of masters

5) maintaince funds : 12 months bank estatements only
