Tier 1 extension application questions

Post by khurramrafiq » Sat Oct 17, 2009 3:46 pm

Guys

I do appreciate your help regarding below points regarding my tier1 extension application.

I am on HSMP.

1. I hold dual nationality, do I need to send both passports along with my application?
2. Police Certificates, do I need to send that as well?
3. Birth certificates, I am sending my passports, still do I need to send my birth certificate?
4. Driving License, is that also I need to send?

For my Dependent application (wife)

1. Do I need to send her birth certificate as well along with her passport?

For dependent (born in uK)
1. She didn't have any visa, so under maintenance funds what options should I select, living in UK less than 1 year 1600 or living here in uk more than 1 year 533?

Also I am filling dependents forms for my childern so I will sign their forms, do I need to send additional letters to justify this?

I would appreciate your response please.

Many Thanks

Khurram

Hey khurram,

How you doing mate?

Well I dont have all the answers for you, but I have some, and something is better than nothing, so here goes:
3. Birth certificates, I am sending my passports, still do I need to send my birth certificate?
4. Driving License, is that also I need to send?
No to both.
1. Do I need to send her birth certificate as well along with her passport?
Not at all. Her date of birth is not vital for her dependant visa application.
1. She didn't have any visa, so under maintenance funds what options should I select, living in UK less than 1 year 1600 or living here in uk more than 1 year 533?
I think the question is whether you have been living in the UK for more than 12 months, not the dependant. So £533 should be fine I guess. Other members please back up my understanding here.

Good luck!
