Hi!!

My HSMP Visa would be expiring on 3 March 2010.

1) I would be getting my bank statement only after 6th and before 10th of every month .Can I apply on or after 10th?
2)I am a degree holder from Calcutta University(2 Years course).I produced English language certificate issued by University stating that degree was taught in English.Will the same qualifications hold good, as the HSMP was approved earlier basing on these qualifications?
3) Though I am working from April 2009 , I could get my bank a/c opened only in July 2009 , bcz the bank authorities did not open the a/c as they needed more documents as evidence.I was also unable to produce address proof in time as I could not produce utility bills as proof.But subsequently my company credited the salry from april 2009 to july 2009, only in July 2009..This is reflected in the bank statements.I have the payslips for all the months from April 2009.Will this be alright ?or any explanation is neede to be given?

Do you mean here the 10th being after 10th march 2010?? in thta case no.. but if you want to apply on after Feb 10th 2010 its fine..

In you can you can request the bank to send your bank statement in between and banks do oblige your request without extra pay.. give that a shot..

Your HSMP earlier degree and english qualificiatons will be taken account but it is good to send the docs again..

Not a problem at all.. just see that the NET amount in ur BANK statements (agreegate) matches exactly with the NET on the Payslips.. but you need to explain this in a cover letter clearly.. but in case if there is any discrepancy(mismatch) in the payslip n Bankstatements then u need a letter from the employer
