hi, i lost few pay slips and i thought i could take employer letter.... but now employer rebranded his company name 2 months ago and started trading with new business name . so as a result he changed all the stationary like letter heads, logos, payslips etc to new trading name..
but when my salary was deposited , it was credited with actual company name.. so 2 different names..even if i took the employer salary letter it will be on new trading name..
so i am preparing letter to explain the situation and get it signed from the manager of the company ...
This is to confirm that abc company, Company Regd no: 12345678,Registered in scotland, has undergone major restructuring and modernising of operational platform phases and re branded as xyz from 09/09.. As result of this abc company is trading as xyz and to accommodate these changes, all the office stationery like letterheads, pay slips and logo etc has been changed to our trading name xyz.
