Limited Company - Documents verification getting confused

Limited Company - Documents verification getting confused

Hi

I have read through majority of posts on limited company and dividend vouchers
Previous earnings period to show - Jan -2009-Dec 2009and applying under employed category

In My 12 month earnings ,I am going to show 3 Employers (2 employers and 1 limited company )

For the employers category I am showing payslip + bank statement

For the ltd company category which falls in the mid four months of the 12 month earning period (From Apr - July)
Going to present the payslip+dividend vouchers + bank statements
As an addnl evidence ---Letter from accountant showing the income of the company and business account bank statements

1. Is it reqd that I need to show the P/L or balance sheet from the director (Which is me )?

2. In my accountants letter showing the company's income . I have the following details .

since i beleive that each accountant format would be different
" As requested we set out below the trading activity of the company between apr 2009 to November 2009
Income---- XXXX
Expenditure
Wages,Dividend,interst ,accountacy fees and travel
and atlast net profit for the period "

a.does that suffice? ..
b. it has not been addressed to Border agency jsut my name and address ..Is that ok ?

Pls help me around in this ...

are u claiming points for earnings of ur company ?
or points for earned income from salary+dividends ?

As per my under standing ,,,,,

if u are claiming points for salary + dividend get an accountant letter confirming your earned earnings..

if u are claiming points for earnings of your company , get an accountant letter to confirm the figs in p/l account and balance sheet

if u are claiming points for earnings of your company , get an accountant letter to confirm the figs in p/l account and balance sheet

I am applying under salaried category.
and only for the four months I had taken the dividends and salary through my limited company and Ihave payslips and dividend vouchers for the same along with corroborating bank statements

As a secondary evidence I thought to have a letter from the accountant showing the earnings in the company ..

What is company earning certificate ? I n acountant letter head I have the income and hte expenditure of the company

Sushil , I am getting confused I plan to submit next week and doing final arrangement of documents

as from the guidance in case for a limited compnay and earnings through dividends and salary I can show the dividend voucher and salary slips along with the bank statements ...Is that not enough

Please advise and sorry for asking to many Q's on the same issue since am not clear as to what docs need to be submitted apart from these highlighted above

r u decider or provider of documents

if u r provider than u have to follow the guidelines

and guideline clearly states

2 item of 4 mentioned below

1. Accounts of company -pl & bs

2. sales summary on acctns letterhead
3. company income certificate on accts letter head
4. dividend voucher


to corroborate above company business bank statements

I am done
