Well, Look intoAppendix 1 Summary sheet, Part 8. This lists you the supporting documents that you would be submitting.

Most of the documents required would be covered in the above section and the other one is Annex A

If there is any other document, then you can write down them in a covering letter(which is not required, I presume!)
