dependant visa vaf 10 form

Hi,

I am (main applicant) processing my dependant visa. In that there is a section which askes "when is the job of course of study expected to finish " - Q 7.19 of vaf 10 form. i am a permanent employee. so what should i put ?

Also does hte main applicant has to sign the vaf 10 form OR is it just my wife (dependant) has to sign it ?

--> I mentioned at that time as Permanent Employee & Visa Valid till date

Also does hte main applicant has to sign the vaf 10 form OR is it just my wife (dependant) has to sign it ?

--> Applicant will sign and Main applicant will provide the dependent with a sponser letter

also the form askes for my wife surname. so should this be her surname as in her passport

OR

should it be the name after marriage

P.S her passport still has her surname before marriage

In you case i would go with the name on the passport
