Tier1 Dependent Q - Please Help **URGENT**

Hi,
I need some advice please help.
Me and my wife came to UK in 2008 on Work Permit(Tier2, wife as my dependent) - my wife went back to India mid of last year. I recently got my Tier1 but my wife's passport has only Tier 2 Visa (valid till 2010 October). Can she come back on the same VISA or does she needs to switch to Tier 1 dependent. Is it valid to travel with Tier2 VISA???

Please do reply, appreciate any help.
