Hi all HSMP applicants :

I received my refusal letter last month, but I can't receive my reference number by email, there are two lines on my refusal letter:
Our Ref 045***
Your Ref

I want to ask if the "Our Ref" is my application reference number ?

Yes, that is your reference number. Cite that when/if you appeal.
