What should be my previous earnings? in INR? to apply for HSMP.

minimum £20000pa and by the way it is not HSMP anymore it is Tier 1(general) and if you want to convert in INR check in www.oanda.com

You need to uplift your Indain Sal ( your gross Indian sal *5.3/GBP Ex rate ) and that should be equal to GBP 20,000(min) to get 5 points.
