Second Extension under HSMP JR judgment

Hello,

My HSMP Visa is covered under HSMP JR judgment.
I got my first 3 year Extension using the same (FLR Tier 1 HSMP).
Now I am Short of 5 months for ILR, and for that I need another extension.
Kindly suggest that, Am I eligible to apply second extension under FLR Tier 1 (HSMP), or I have to switch under Tier1 (General point system)???
