Dependant visa

Hi all

Please help with my wife dependant appilcation.
I am in uk for last 4 years on HSMP.My wife is on psw which expires on
november this year.
She need to switch to dependant visa
My question are

1.as we both are in uk now is it possible for my wife to switch psw to dependant
2.Should my wife go back to india and apply for dependant visa
3.how much maontaince fund should i show for last 3 months
