Hi

I have the following queries regarding the enter clearance for my wife application:

1) Should the tenancy agreement and council tax be in my name or both in my and my wife's name?

2) The marriage certificate is both in english and urdu. DO I still need to provide the english translation?

3) The visa fee demand draft should be in the name of UKBA or BHC?
