B13 - T1 General application form - PBS certificate number

Section B13 - PBS Certificate number is having one box less than the reference number i have to fill, do I need to skip any common character in these.. or can I just complete on a imaginary box..(sounds to be a silly question but do not want to risk on Pounds;))

funniest part is the same section in dependants application form has one box in abundance.
