URGENT: Organization changed and full-and-final settlement

Hi,
I am about to apply fir Tier-1 (General) next week but facing a problem realted to earnings. I had resigned from my previous organization and was relieved in April 2010. Therefore, my salary for April 2010 was kept on hold and was paid as full and final settlement in June 2010. The full and final settlement letter was provided in month of MAY 2010 (it's written over it) and the actual payment was received in June 2010. Now, I am planning to claim my earnings for a period of JULY 2009 - JUNE 2010(where MAY and JUNE 2010 earnings would be from my new organization).

I am worried about the earnings that I had earned through full and final settlement as if they would be considered as earning for APRIL 2010 or not?

Could anyone please help me out with it?

Get a letter from the employer that your April earnings was on hold as a company process becos of the reason that you have resigned on <this date> and your payment for the month of April 2010 was on hold and was released to <your name> as a final settlement during ur relieving (or after ur relieving) with the cheque # _______ (or date of credit into bank or just the amount which was credited to the bank possibily with a complete break up

Not exactly in this format. But which ever format the company accepts and make sure you have all details in it.
Again, this is just an evidence for the claim that you have made.

I am afraid if the HR would give the letter with all details :). But request them.
Could anyone please help me out with it?
