Dependant visa (Accomodation Proof)

Hi friends & senior,
I want to know How important is a Tenancy Agreement?
If I am living in house share or sharing with friends and the Tenancy agreement is in the name of my friend where i am living alone in a double room?
shall i provide my friends tenancy agreement + a NOC stating he dont have problem if my wife joins me ?

or, showing a hotel booking for 1 week and stating that I will found an acoomodation for her once visa is approved? _ will that weakens the case?

also, let me know the impact of not showing any utility bills...
