Tier - 1 Application from India (Delhi)

Hi members,

I am looking forward to filing my Tier-1 Application from India, Delhi. Right now I am in UK but need to be in India in the 2nd week of August for some personal affair.

I will be using all my UK earnings for filing the application. Could you please tell me what all forms do I need to fill in when making my application as (Out of Country) applicant?
