ineed information about maintainance funds 4 tier 1 general applying from out side uk having dependants but not applying with at the moment.
so in my case i have to show the funds for my dependats also bcs in assessment form they demanded that claim the point according to your deatil in pesonal information form which is vaf9 and if iam married i hve to give the detail of my dependants also,so there fore i have to show their funds also or not even firstly i am applying for my self only.

No you need not show maintenance funds for your dependents when you apply for yourself. You can at a later point when applying for dependent visa for your dependents show maintenance funds for them.

But while applying for Tier 1 they want a certificate that if the dependents will not join immediately or within one year of arrival in UK only then the main applicant can show GBP2800.00
So, if says like this i.e. the dependents will not join him in UK before one year of his arrival in UK, can the dependents apply before one year?

And yes, if you have mentioned a travel date for the dependant, that dates one year later to that of the Tier 1 (Main) applicant, and intend to apply for dependant visa earlier than that, you may do so. It is better to explain why your circumstances have changed, at the time of the dependant application.
