Help with processing time VFS Delhi

I had applied for HSMP Tier 1 general on 29th June ... Its been 4 weeks and the status is still "application sent to BHC"..! I mean not even 'under process' or something!!

Can someone advise if this is normal processing time? Did anyone apply during this period and has faced a delay? I have read about people receiving their passports within a week or two... is there a reason to worry??

Every application is assessed on the merits of evidence(s) submitted alongwith and therefore not every application can be expected to follow the same timeline. No one but UKBA / BHC can advise you on processing time for your application - why it took so less or why it is taking so long?

Please see UKVisas website for statistical information on visa processing times or contact local BHC to enquire if customer service standards have been exceeded. Alternatively, you may search the forum for timelines already posted by successful applicants.
