New Tier1 Visa Application

Hi All,

Currently I am holding UK tier1 visa and it will expire next year but till now I have not travelled to UK and I dont think it is possible for me to travel to UK by next year also due to personel reasons.

My question is, As I have a valid visa but never travelled to UK, Is it possible for me to apply for new Tier1 visa again after the current visa expires or is there any possibility that my new visa gets rejected as I have not used the current visa.

Please answer. Thanks.

If you meet the current requirements, you can apply for a fresh tier 1 visa.

Yes, I checked the Points Calculator and Iam having more than the required points.
