Tier 1 (PBS) - Address details

Hello Friends

I have been in UK for past 7 weeks on Tier 2 (Inter Company Transfer) Established Staff category and am staying in a hotel in London. Now I am looking to apply for a Tier 1 (General) PBS visa and had a query regarding Q B.15 Full Address -

1. Given I am staying in a hotel and do not have a 'residential address', I have two options - my hotel address (I would be staying here for another 4 weeks) or my employer's office address. Which of the two is preferable?

2. The question also asks to list all addresses where I have stayed at over the last 24 months. Can I mention my India address for the first 22 months?
