Marriage certificate for switching tier 2 to tier 1

Marriage certificate for switching tier 2 to tier 1

Hi,

I am in UK for last 1.1 year on tier 2 visa with my family (Wife and 2 kids). Now I want to switch my visa to tier 1. The only issue is that I don't have marriage certificate. However I have affidavit of my marriage which we used when I applied for Tier 2 Visa 1.2 years ago from India.

Please advise if there is any alternate to Marriage certificate?
