Did any one got Tier1 with diff. name in payslip & passp

Post by sajinsanand » Thu Oct 21, 2010 10:16 am

Hi,

Did anyone having difference in name in pay slip and passport granted a Tier 1 visa?

I am having my first name and last name [eg: XXXX YYYY] in the pay slips but my passport has a maiddile name also [XXXX SSSS YYYY].

My previous employer is not willing to issue me a letter to confirm my full name.

Experts please help.

Yes, I did.

Missing middle name isn't a serious consideration and it is understood by the UKBA. Generally middle name is optional!

Did you submit any additional document for the same?

My name in the academic certificates is shown like SAJIN S ANAND
but in passport it is shown like SAJIN SUGUNAN ANAND [having expansion of the initial in the middle name S = SUGUNAN]

Do I need to submit any supporting document for this?
