reniew tier 1 and child visa queries please help

Hello

My visa is expiring on 6th Nov 2011 .

I have got my visa on 6th Nov 2008 . Under HSMP tier 1 transition scheme .
But my visa stamping only says Tier1 Visa attached with email .

1. What will be the extension points rule and how can I check if I am achieving that when I apply for extension .

2. My current salary is 27000 Pound per annum , is it enough for the extension
DOB 07 12 1981 , Graduate .

3 My wife is expected and we will have delivers in November 2010 should we apply for her visa right or I can directly apply at time of my extension .
