Dependant Visa - Query on Main Applicant Job Details

Hi,

I would be applying for dependant visa for my wife and kid. I have a few questions on the Main applicant job details that needs to be filled under part 7 of vaf 10 form.

My situation is as follows: I am working on a rolling contract for ABC Client through XYZ Umbrella company. My contract end date is 22nd Dec 2010 after which decision would be taken by the client whether to extend the contract or not. I have the contract letter from ABC Client indicating my job title, contract start date and contract end date. I also have an employment letter from my umbrella company.

My questions are:
1. For 7.16 & 7.17 (Name & address of company, Name & telephone no. of main contact), Do I need to provide the Client details or the Umbrella company details ?
2. For 7.19 (when is the job expected to finish), Do i need to mention the contract end date or visa expiry date ?
