UK Tier1 application - Fathers's name misprinted in passport

Am planning to apply for UK Tier1 . In my new passport , my fathers name is printed wrongly with a missing alphabet but my old one has it correctly. Also am married too and my husband's name is included in the new passport. Would this matter if apply before correcting my father's name ? please suggest .
