Yesterday I got refusal for Tier 1 General, although I claimed and really have 125 points, altogether...attributes 105, plus english and maintenance.
The ground was that the account letter was undated, although it was clearly possible to see the correlation between bank statement and this letter, and that i earned (got the money) in october this year, so they cut me completely 45 points for earnings.
I am really sad, since I had already job offer from London, plus since i have UK Master degree (just i studied in oversees campus so i am not qualified for post study visa) plus everything else I was quite sure that i will get it.
i would like to get the advice what now?
I am freelancer, and work on service contracts here, so actually I didnt claim all earnings that i had, just one contract that was enough since in UK terms it meant 82000 pound ( Iam from Croatia, band B)
Should i apply now again, and would it be better to now submit new earnings from different company and contract? Since I have few, and based on each i can have enough points for earnings to give me more than 100 points needed?
What other documents can I submit next to bank statement and account letter? Is the contract itself and the letter from the company or payslip also valid in this case as supporting document?
Also how soon i can apply again? I did it now in November, so can I do it again now next week? or there is some time period i have to wait?
And does anyone knows what is the case when rejected once, is it possible to get it second time or they will just continue refusing me?
Although I have the job offer i dont want tier2 and be tied there with one company, especially since I have all conditions to be eligible for Tier 1!!
Also i dont want admin review since it takes long and they dont allow sending new document, so i guess i would just waste time.
Thank you a lot for your help!
