12 Months Bank Statment issue

Hello All ,

I have all documents ready for TIER-1 like

univercity certificates
9 month Bank Statment + 3 months 2800 gbp
IELTs with 7.0 Band


I have one problem here that my bank statment is 9 month continue and there is arround 4 to five months gaps of salary because I was switching the job and my visa transfer delayed for bahrain
now I have following Bank statments

Aug 2007 to Sept 2009 (continue without any gap)
Oct to 2009 to Jan 2009 gap because of visa transfer
Feb 2010 to Current

will it effect on my case of Tier 1 HSMP ?

please input your experince and advice

It needs to be consecutive 12 months out of 15 months.

"The applicant can claim points for previous earnings in any single, consecutive 12-month period during the 15 months immediately before the date of applying" from Tier 1 application guidance.

Do you have enough points with just 9 months continuous ?
