I am in the UK as a Tier1 General migrant.
Although I have had switched the visa category
From HSMP to Tier1, I am eligible for settlement ILR under
HSMP forum judicial review high court judgement.

My query is can I apply for settlement under judicial review arrangements of completion of 4 years or do I need to wait for a period of 5 years before applying for ILR?
