Is there any way to fill HSMP form electronically?

Hi! is there a way to electronically fill up the HSMP form? (under 28 years). As this is a PDF document, you cant write anything on that.


Also, does anyone know, what is e-forms? they do have an option, but for that you need to download some application etc. And how does one send supporting documents with eforms anyway.

Download form, fill and include notarised copies of supporting documents or originals.

If you have Acrobat Writer you can convert the fields and then complete the form electronically. If you use our HSMP services (Workpermit.com) then we complete the form electronically on your behalf

Presumably you also do HSMP extensions, they do not appear on your Fee Structure,
