Can an HSMP dependant partner work as a contractor?

Hi all,

just wondering whether my wife can work as contractor if she has an HSMP dependant visa?

Whilst I'm on the subject, can anyone see any potential issues with the primary HSMP visa holder working under a limited company as a contractor?

The dependant upon the HSMP holder has full ability to work for anyone. Accordingly that includes your wife working as a contractor.
