Tier 1 General Dependant Visa

Hi Guys,

I want to bring my wife here. I'm on tier 1 general, Please any one can tell me

How much money i have to show for 3 months ?
Which visa form i have to use ? any link for that ?
any more info if you have regarding dependant visa ? I heard she have to give IELTS now ??

I have read guidance notes. Can you please tell me I'm running from my LTD company where i take dividends at the moment ? so for Employer letter can i use letter from accountant that i'm director and working through LTD company ?

I dont have company secretary at the moment ? what you guys say ?
