tier1 gen AR or APPEAL

Post by jewel22 » Sat Dec 25, 2010 6:02 pm

Hi all,
Please help me as am very new to this. I've just had my tier 1 gen visa refused on the basis that my claimed salary was not being paid into my account. I actually receive part of wage in cash and part in my act as I have to wait for clients to make payments to my company before I get paid. I'm on both salary and commission with my company as the head of marketing. I don't get any payslips from work. I submitted my bank statement and a letter from my bank stating my transactions. With my calculation on the previous earnings I should get 15 points but the clearance officer awarded me with 0 points. And on my attributes 40 points. Age _ 10pts, qualification 30pts, previous earnings 0pts which I think is wrong cause I actually do earn a salary. attributes 40pts . Maintenance 10pts. My visa was refused under paragraph 245c of the immigration rules. They also said that I don't have full right of appeal but I could ask for AR. I'm confused and need advice on how to prove my earnings. I sent a letter from my employer stating my salary and commission plus tax. Please help me guys with your advise
