Help! Can I claim myself a full-time student on this case?

Help! Can I claim myself a full-time student on this case?

Hello All....

I'm currently in between jobs and have been taking a break for 6 months. In the meanwhile, I'm taking piano and japanese coures at some private education center like a cram school. Right now I plan to apply the HSMP and I have enough points according to my past income and working experiences. However, I don't know whether the home office will consider my situation as a full-time student and accept the income history prior to my break.

I will reach 28 in this August; thus, I need to submit my application by that. Please advice me. Any kind of help is appreciated!!
