Need a Advice on Earning Power points

Hi,

i am New to this forum and now i am thinking of applying for HSMP.

There are some of the quesion on which i want the forum senior members to throw more light for me. It may be that the Question are redudant but still if someone can address then again will be really kind.

1. I have Engineering background and finsihed my B.E edu in 2004 july from india and straight after that was picked up an IT company through placement. Now currently i have almost 2 years of exp. so i wanna ask can i apply for the HSMP rite now with this exp or should i wait and apply in july only when ill be completing my 2 years. Rite now i am under 28+ year group.

2. Second Question which i have is on Earning power issue.

When ill be applying for HSMP in july, as per the Rules they"ll me looking for my last 12 months salary. now till date my salary total is very less and i hav got a new job which is offereing me good salary and if i work with this company now till July ill be able to come in the slab of 5000 Pounds and will get that 25 Points coz i am applying from India then.

3. Also if some one can guide me with proper list of Documents required and the format of the same


My Question is if ill be paid very high now compared to my last 7 months salary for next 5 months, will i pose any doubt in the mind of HO.

You need to download the HSMP guidlines document and read through it carefully. The questions you have asked are all basic and straight forward. Reading through the guidlines will help and so will doing a seach on this forum.
