How to include Feb 05 sal. in computation??

How to include Feb 05 sal. in computation??

Hello All,

I am in the process of packing the docs...

I was paid in US in Feb 05 in Dollers as i was there for 1 month..

Today it's 26th Feb..I would like to include Feb 05 in my computation as that amount pushes by case above the required limit..

But even i post it today , Feb 05 is just outside the boundry..(lasy 12 months consists of maR 05 to Feb 06 )

Please any ideas??

can i say that i posted my Docs on say 15th Feb so i can cover period from Feb 05 to Jan 06??
