Signed Payslips

Applying for Tier1 (General), I worked for 3 months for a company through an agency, i used to get payslips online, I asked them to sign and stamp, they said they could only sign the payslips and could give the covering letter too but they cant stamp them as they don’t use stamp.
So I want to know will it be fine getting payslips with signature and covering letter, will that be sufficient without the company stamp.
