Effect of new Laws starting in April'11 on Tier 1 Ext.

Hi all, sorry I am a new member here and need help/suggestion from you experience people.

I am on Tier-1 and got it in 10/6/2008, and expires 11/6/2011.

I want to apply for extension before April, so that the new laws would not effect my application process and also saving on the application fee!!

Now my question are:
1) Will there be any change in rules for tier-1 extension? for exampple in Earning points or age points etc. exccep fee Â£100-200 extra is bearable!!

In other words, will there be any change for Tier-1 Extension rules and regulation.

2) Is it wise to apply before 2 moths, incas I get visa one month before my current visa expire, in that case there will be short of one month for completing 5years for ILR.

Need your kind suggestions please..

No currently there are no changes and one can extend according to rule they have applied initially. HO will release a document soon for more explanation
