Tier 1 General - Where can I find the Ref Nos?

Dear lovely people,

I'm currently on Tier 2 ICT Visa in UK and would like to apply for Tier 1 General visa.

Would appreciate if you can help me on the following.

1. Where can I find my Home Office ref no
2. Where can I find my Migrant ref no
3. Where can I find my Worker ref no (I have a copy of CoS issued at the time of Tier 2 visa application. Is Cos ref no same as worker ref no ? )
