tier 1 dependent to Tier 1 Main Applicant

Post by paone » Wed Apr 06, 2011 5:07 pm

Hello All..

My wife was the main Applicant and I am the dependent.
She has now reduced earnings due to a lot of personal reasons.

We have till tier 1 till 2012 NOv.

Can I apply as Tier 1 Main applicant in Nov 2012 ?
as my earning might come into the bracket ?

Also changes to visa rules does she need to earn £40,000 plus now ?

thanks
p

Tier 1 (General) category is now closed. Unless you are an existing Tier 1 (General) migrant, you cannot make a leave to remain application.

Your wife may extend, as and when the time is due, if she qualifies. Refer to the policy guidance for eligibility criteria.
