I didn't send my Card with application

I didn't send my Card with application

Hi Guys,

I applied for Tier 1 General on 31st March. with my application I didn't send my Student Biometric card ( I haven't recieved it yet from Homeoffice after my appeal is allowed)

My lawyers have sent them a letter that it will be despatched as soon it will be received. and we also sent them a copy of appeal allowed.

I am confused whether they will consider my application or not ?

Please guys help me whaht should I do or is there is any other document we can send them ?
