Urgent advice needed

My Hsmp visa started from Nov 2007 and we came to UK January 2008 and travelled on holiday for 2 weeks in July

We have extended our Visa till Nov 2012

My question is: Are we qualified to apply for ILR in Nov 2012 or we will have to extend the second time?

Under current rules, you may apply for settlement without the need for a 2nd extension (Annex B -> 2.2).


No one can tell you today what the rules may be in November 2012. So best to ask this question nearer to the time.
