help regarding EC befor I apply for HSMP

Hello everyone.

I am new to this forum. Before I apply for HSMP in another 2 weeks, would like to know the chances of entry clearence for me. Though I am positive of getting HSMP letter, I would like to know whether I would get EC because 2 years back I applied for a canadian tousrist visa and it was rejected. Will this be a problem in getting EC??

Can anybody please help?
