A-rated sponsor of tier-1 dependent

My wife is extending her tier 1 (General) dependent visa with me. She is using PBS dependent form. There are 2 options In maintenance section K4 "Maintenance certified by the sponsor" as below.
option 1 : The A-rated sponsor has confirmed on the certificate of sponsorship that where necessary they will maintain and accommodate the family member for a month.

otpion 2 : The dependant has provided a written undertaking from the migrant’s A-rated sponsor
that where necessary they will maintain and accommodate the family member for a month.

Can you please let me know what should I select from option 1 or 2.

The reference to "A-rated sponsor" is of relevance for someone applying as dependant of a Tier 2 migrant. Read the section heading above K2!

Thanks Sushd for the information. I was also in same impression. It is confusing because I have filled K1 for Tier-1. At K1, the form directed to go K3. But from K3 , it did not tell to go to sec L. So I continued K4.
