Consideration of Income on Tier1 Renewal

Post by RRE » Sat Jun 18, 2011 12:57 am

Hi,
I am on Tier 1 General Migrant Visa (recieved under rules after 19 July 2010) while my wife is on Tier 1 Gerneral Partner Visa (means she is my dependent).
We both are working in UK. For the purpose of renewal of the visas, our combined earnings will be considered or only my earnings will be considdered. Important to note that we both have income from Salary on which we both pay tax and National insurance.

Another Question is that my age on the date of renewal application will be 34 Years 2 Months, how many points will i get 5 or 10???

I would appreciate of someone can help.

Cheers

1. Income of the same person whose income was considered at the time of initial application.
2. See also points for age - initial vs extension.
