dependent visa

hi
iam on tier 1 visa now.my wife staying as a dependent.befor tier1 general i am on tier 1 psw.my wife also on same category psw (dependent).my query is my wife staying 5 yeras as a dependent.she allowed to apply for a permanent residence.please clarify me

if you qualify ... she would automatically.
All by herself .. she cannot ..as dependent can NEVER apply for ILR.
