Help Needed for extension

Hi,

I have posted a question before but need more clarification for my HSMP extension. HSMP Visa expires on 13th July 2006.

1. In the past year i had job for 3 month (without job offer letter and no salary slips) got P45 though. Then didnt have a job for 4 months.

2. Got a new job in Feb 2006 with offer leter and have salary slips as well, but when i apply for extension i will only have 4 months slalry slips. Is that enough. Would my not having a job for about 4months and no proof of previous job make a difference. HOw should i show that. Is P60 necessary?

3. My wife had a job since we had our HSMP. She is on a contract job and we had to form a limited company. Should i show that for the extension purpose. If yes do i have to send the contract letter, company registration certificate, bank statement for the business account.

I am confused ? Help would be very much appreciated
