Enquiry on behalf of my friend?

Post by amitlsbu123 » Thu Jul 14, 2011 9:05 am

Dear Experts,

It would be great if you can respond to this question ?

One of my friend applied for tier 1 visa extension two months ago and his result is still pending. His current visa is expired now. But he is concerned just in case if his visa get rejected for any reason ? Would he be able to re-apply again with fresh application from U.k or he has to go back to india and do the application from there.

I know home office give you chance to appeal sometimes but in appeal they dont allow you to submit any new evidence.

Please answer his query experts. He is really worried.

Thanks,

opssss

both in country and out of country routes for T1 are closed. He will not be able to reapply as a fresh case from anywhere.

No new applications are allowed for Tier 1 (General). If your friend submitted all the required documentation as per the guidance, he should have nothing to worry about.

Thank you guys for the info.

I will pass on this message to my friend.

Fingers crossed hopefully he will get positive response from home office.
