Got Hearing Tomorrow,any Precautions to be taken

Hello Every one, Got refused my Tier 1 G, due to previous earning,actually my employer paid cash fro one month, so they could not collaborate that month money in by Bank Statement, but now i got a letter from HMRC and P-14, hired a barrister.So any advice on how Hearing will go ...
