Chances of extension of my VISA

Chances of extension of my VISA

Hi guys
I have UK work visa valid till June 2013. But the thing is that i entered uk in 2010 in July stayed there for a month and i came back to India. Now i have a offer in UK, and planning to come there in early September 2011.
I got my visa as per old rules before april 2010 changes, so i got 3 years visa.
Are there a fair chances of me, getting extension? if i apply for it in 2013?

So far you can manage to claim enough points as per rules in place when you got your initial grant, you will be good. However, you might not be eligible for ILR without second extension.
